Edith and Ashley, best friends for over 42 years, have experienced everything together, from childhood antics to adult challenges. Sadly, their bond is tested as Edith faces terminal ovarian cancer and hospice care. As Ashley grapples with the impending loss of Edith, she also struggles with a complex personal life including her daughters, an ambiguous relationship with her ex-husband, friends, and fleeting romantic encounters.
