In Victorian London, a young prostitute is found murdered in her flat on Framingham Street in the East End, bearing a striking resemblance to the crimes of Jack the Ripper. With Scotland Yard unable to solve the case and two other prostitutes already killed, detectives Colin Pendragon and Ethan Pruitt are brought in with the hope of ending the killings. As fear spreads across London, Pendragon and Pruitt investigate every lead, from the opium dens of Whitechapel to the London morgue, in search of answers.
