Autumn is always the best season for new mystery releases, and this month is no exception. In fact, it's one of the longest British cozy mystery premiere lists we've had to date, with 47 new titles for the month of October.

In addition to books which are technically British (with ties to England, Scotland, or Wales), we also include some Irish/Ireland-based books. Even though they're not British, Ireland is located within the British Isles and likely to appeal to many of the same readers – and we've yet to read the British mystery lover who didn't appreciate Irish stories, too.
